Sorry, I cant give you a good response but I didnt actually get my dress from there. I went and saw the stitch witch who works there also and she was so rude to me and shattered my dreams of my wedding dress right there in front of me. So I went to belladonna (not knowing that she was there) with a friend of mine who was also looking for a dress and when we told them the wedding was 12 months away they told us we couldnt try on any dresses as it was too far away and asked us to leave... Their manner with potential clients is appauling so I could only imagine what anything else could be like and i hope everything turns out ok for you!!! But if you have any troubles i suggest you go and see C.J Designs on ross river road down near la porchetta they are fantastic and always willing to help!!!

My sis got her dress and they were wonderful. I have been there a couple of times and the lady has always been helpful. So cant help you there. Can say that there alot of problems with CJs though (just around the corner) Apparently all the staff quit & a friends dress didnt arrive until 4 days befor ethe wedding!!!! even though she ordered it more than 9 months beforehand!! Then it wasnt right, and stitched poorly etc so she was heartbroken and had to have a dress off the rack- that was worth LESS than her original dress and they didnt give refund on the difference!!

I got mine from ALLGOODS- they have been fantastic!! They remember me when I go in there, as I have also been shopping with anotehr friend who recently got married- Her dress was absolutely stunning and they did the adjustments beautifully!! Highly reccommend Allgoods!

I have to say that I didnt really get great service from Belladonna, when I went in the staff were on the phone and told me to wait. They then just showed me a book of dresses and didnt help me look at any real dresses. Needless to say, I had a quick flip thru the books, and left and went to Allgoods. I have to agree with eagle 1, Allgoods were fantastic and that is where I bought my dress.

i got my dress from belladonna - and had a fantastic experience. i went in there a week before my wedding, unhappy with the dress i had already purchased (from another store) and they helped me find my perfect dress!!! my wedding has been and gone, have had my dress dry cleaned and it's still in perfect condition - no problems with the quality! my wedding was in july - could there be a new manager / owner???
